Terms & Agreement for Content Submission
By submitting your photos, videos, stories, and other content materials to Delyt.net, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Submission and Selection Process
You are submitting your content for review and potential purchase by Brigada.
If your submission is selected, we will contact you to finalize a separate contract of sale and assignment of rights before completing payment.
Agreement to Sell
By uploading your content, you confirm that you are agreeing to sell the submitted materials if selected.
Until a sale is finalized, you retain ownership of your materials.
Even if your content has been previously posted or used, you may still sell it here, provided that once selected and purchased by Brigada, you will not reuse or sell it elsewhere.
Usage and Ownership Transfer
Once purchased, ownership and rights will be determined based on the agreed license type (non-exclusive, semi-exclusive, or exclusive). For exclusive licenses, full rights, including copyright and intellectual property ownership, will be transferred to Brigada. For non-exclusive and semi-exclusive licenses, agreed restrictions will apply
Brigada will have the right to use the content for any purpose related to its tourism projects, marketing, and promotions, based on the agreed non-exclusive, semi-exclusive, or exclusive license terms
Content Requirments
Submitted materials must be original, high-quality, and owned by you.
Submissions must include location details and a brief description.
For travel stories: Submissions must meet the minimum word count and should be engaging, insightful, and informative.
Content should showcase the beauty and diversity of Philippine tourism.
